SHINE partners with educators from around the Pacific Northwest to develop and support nanoscience education in secondary and community college classrooms. We provide nanotechnology curriculum support, professional development opportunities, programming for community organizations and schools—and much more!

​Curriculum & Lab Supplies

​Access nanotechnology curriculum and supplies that can be integrated into general science, biology, and environmental science, chemistry, and physics classes. Curriculum and supplies are available to all educators.

​Remote Access

Educators can access and control our advanced microscopy instruments from their classroom, using just an internet connected computer. This service is available for free through the ​Remotely Accessible Instruments for Nanotechnology (RAIN) Network.
