The SHINE Nanotechnology Lab at North Seattle Community College is an integral part of the SHINE program. The lab contains scientific instruments designed to train future technicians in the nanotechnology work force. The wide variety of instruments housed in the lab are used to characterize and fabricate nanomaterials. Students in SHINE program receive hand-on training to operate each instrument.
